Lisa DePiro
Lisa DePiro is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children for over 14 years. She first worked with children in an after-school program as well as at summer camps. After graduating from California State University Northridge with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, she continued to further her education and earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis. This led to her career as a Behavior Analyst working with individuals with developmental disabilities as well as educating parents on behavior analytic teaching strategies. She has several years of experience with developing individualized teaching plans to address various behavioral sleep challenges, toileting, and expanding food repertoires. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time outdoors.
Ally Bartecek
Ally Bartecek has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University Northridge in 2007. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles and became a BCBA in 2014. Ally started as a Behavioral Therapist in 2004 and when she realized that she was effective with children implementing ABA strategies, she fell in love with the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She then was eager to learn all she could about the field and went on to purse a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She graduated from her Graduate program in 2013 and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014. She went on to become a Clinical Supervisor for 12 years where she became skilled in behavior management, early intervention and social skills training while providing services for school districts and home-based settings. As she continued to see several of her client’s progress and succeed in their behavioral programs, she decided she wanted to share her expertise with a different population; babies and children who demonstrate sleep challenges and potty training challenges. With her knowledge and eagerness, she is determined to assist with your family’s needs. During her free time she enjoys traveling, hanging out with family and friends, and catching a good Hockey game.
