I can’t say enough amazing things about Alejandra and Lisa’s potty training methods! My 2 ½ year old was showing no signs or interest that she was ready for the potty, but Alejandra and Lisa told me to give them a few hours and she would be ready – they were so right! They had all the patience in the world and made potty training fun! They also make sure to leave you with enough knowledge and tools to help your little one keep up the training for the following days, weeks and months ahead. My daughter was fully trained by day 3! If you’re like me and have no patience to start the potty training process, you NEED to give them a call!

For any parent out there having issues with your child sleeping through the night, Eat, Sleep, Potty, Repeat will put an end to the misery. We were having trouble with our son sleeping without waking up and crying like crazy. After many restless and tired nights, we agreed to seek help. Our good friend recommended Eat. Sleep. Potty. Repeat. We were hesitant but Alejandra and Lisa came over to our house and were very professional and at the same time personable and friendly. They were like baby whisperers, our boy took to them right away. They walked us through the process taking all the dumb questions we threw at them. They made sure to implement a plan based on what we were comfortable with. Alejandra and Lisa checked in with us every day. The first couple of nights were rough but we stuck to their plan and before we knew it our son was sleeping soundly through the night. It was truly a miracle! We cannot thank Alejandra and Lisa enough.

Lisa and Ally have completely changed our lives. Our almost 9 month old was waking up every few hours and it was causing a lot of stress. This was such a help. Potty training is not easy and we started the "long" version about a year ago and then got stuck with nighttime potty training. These women helped us get our daughter to sleep in underwear now instead of diapers and she is so proud of herself!! Thank you so much!!!

I was having trouble with my 3 year old and getting her to get off diapers at night. I was referred to them by a friend that was having potty training issues with their child. Ally and Lisa were very friendly and answered all my questions day or night. They were sweet enough to check in after a day or so of me not blowing them up with questions lol. It made me feel supported and showed they truly cared. After sticking to their program for a week my daughter now wakes up dry and proud "look daddy, dry chonies" lol. They even helped me with my one year old son that was having issues taking naps. They're a Godsend.

Having only heard of this fine service on Yelp, my husband decided to give them a call and see if they could help us out with our ten month old baby girl.
Didn't take too long to grow a relationship with Lisa and Ally. These two amazing ladies helped us
out immediately with answering our questions, setting us up on the right track for our baby, and
working with us along the way.
I was surprised with the amount of communication and empowerment I was receiving every day from
them. I knew I would be able to get our baby to where she needed to be ...in her own crib, self-
soothing, waking up 0-1 times a night. And we did! By the second week, our daughter was sleeping
through the night 🙂
Please! Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won't regret it.
I had to learn to sleep train in two different environments, with very little help from my husband
(works 14+ hour days) and my mother (68 year old school grandmother), dealing with a high anxiety
dog, and still work a full time remote job.

I can't thank Ally and Lisa enough. We were so frustrated with potty training our 3 1/2 year old and it just wasn't working. So we decided to get some outside assistance. These ladies gave us a
program, cheered us on along the way, and guided us through the whole process - now he's not
having accidents and even knows to ask when he needs to go potty! He started out not even
knowing when he needed to go so he came a long way in just a week of working with these
wonderful ladies. If I need help in the future I'll be calling them!! For anything!!
